Detroit Police are investigating after a 21-year-old man reported that he was robbed and raped at gunpoint.
Police confirm the victim was driving home from work Tuesday morning and was approached at a stop light by a man at the passenger side window, tapping the window with a gun.
The victim was told to drive to an ATM where he was robbed of cash withdrawn and then driven to a second location, where he was raped.
“They take him to a secluded area somewhere in the city at which point they sexually assault him,” Woody told Fox 2.
One suspect is described as dark complected man in his 20s, clean-shaven, 5 feet, 8 inches wearing a pink sweater and white pants.
The suspect left the area in a car that was waiting nearby.
