10 Truths Every Gay Man Should Tell Thamselves!
Don't you wish being gay came with an owner's manual sometimes? Wouldn't it make things so much easier if we just had a checklist? In that spirit, I thought I'd share what I consider the top ten things every gay man should know. Feel free to add to the list in the comments.
1). You will never find "the one" by trolling for sex on Manhunt.
2). Just because you're part of a minority group doesn't mean you know how all other minorities feel.
3). Some churches don't think you're sinful and in need of redemption.
4). You don't have to be married to be in a committed relationship.
5). HIV/AIDS isa gay disease. So are cancer, leukemia, bipolar disorder and cerebral palsy.
6). Just because you're "straight-acting" doesn't mean you're better than someone who's not.
7). Dick size doesmatter, but not as much as knowing how to use what you've got.
8). You are not the spokesperson for our cause. Others might have a different experience.
9). Steel Magnoliasis not the best movie ever made. Neither is Brokeback Mountain.
10). Ass-less chaps are notappropriate evening wear for a fancy restaurant.

30 Things Every Gay Man Should Do Before Turning 30!
Ah, 30!

A Bottom Gay Man's Palaver...
A bottom gay man decided to get married due to pressure from friends and family, he got married to a gorgeous lady he met the birthday party of his cousin. They loved and respected each other, but surprisingly for 4 months after their wedding after they've been married the man refused to make love to his wife. He always gave one excuse or the other, claiming he was tired, work or wasn't in the mood!
However, the truth was that no matter how she tried he was never aroused, because sexually women didn't turn him on. One Saturday evening, a worried new Mrs who was obviously sex starved decided to go on social media, chat an ex of hers, who she introduced to her husband as a distant relative, but on the side was satisfying her matrimonial drive for sex! The husband eventually found out, but decided to turn a blind eye....
Who is to blame for the woman's extra marital affairs?

Why You Should Never Get Back With Your Ex
Why? You’re supposed to move forward and leave behind a chapter that has been defined as old news. You should never open an old door for something or someone of the past. It’s unhealthy, and it’s keeping you from taking the next step in your life.
Don’t give up on love, but give up on the person who gave you a reason to walk away.
Most likely, you were hurt beyond repair, or maybe, you hurt your ex-significant other. For one reason or another, it needed to end, and it did.
# 1 If It Was Meant To Work, It Would Have.
When something goes wrong, the first piece of advice you hear is, “Everything happens for a reason.” Listen to it. It’s not just a generic saying to help you feel better or something someone says because the person is awful at advice. It’s the cold, hard truth.
If you were supposed to end up with your last boyfriend or girlfriend, you would be with him or her. There wouldn’t be issues big enough to cause the connection between the two of you to break.
#2 You Will Never Find The Right Person If You’re Always Stuck With The Wrong One.
Whatever he or she did to ruin your relationship was clearly something that should not have happened.
Whether your relationship lacked the trust, respect or the dignity it should always hold, someone will always treat you better than the person who broke your heart.
If you continue going back to the person who betrayed you, you’ll miss out when the perfect person does finally comes along. You’ll be too blind to see.
#3 The Person Will Continue To Hurt You.
Of course, the apology will seem so sincere the first time you hear it. But, what about two, three or four apologies? My concept is this: Do something once, and it’s an accident. Do something twice, and it’s on purpose.
If you are constantly hearing an apology for the same thing, it will never end. You will continue being disappointed in the end by believing false promises followed by a series of “apologies.”
#4 The Respect Will Never Be Repaired.
You will never forge the pain. When you think about the love between the two of you, the heartbreak will always be one step ahead of you. When trying to fix things with someone from the past, everything will always seem off.
It’s like you’re taking two steps forward and one step back. You can’t move on without harsh memories bombarding your mind every time you look at this person. It will truly never go away.
#5 It Will Never Be The Same As It Was In The Beginning.
We all long to have the first stages of a relationship back. The honeymoon phase is something of true beauty. You both know each other very well, but not well enough to understand the flaws or scars that are hiding.
Once a relationship ends, there’s no way in hell it will ever find its way back to the honeymoon phase. It’s as impossible as trying to trust someone who has cheated.
#6 There Is Somebody Better For You.
Take a long, hard look at your relationship. Were you happy, or was it convenient? Did you absolutely love this person with all of your heart, or was it someone you liked spending time with on a lonely night?
Did you think about this person during the middle of the day or when your mind was secluded in a dark room at 2 am?
Be true to your feelings and your heart. You will find someone who will respect you, someone who will make you question why you ever wasted your time before him or her. This person will make life seem easier and will bring nothing but pure satisfaction to your life.
Should I Kill this Homophobe?
As a growing gay in a boarding school. I loved having sex with my fellow class mate until on day.. I was set up. .. On November 20th 1998 precisely 11.30pm. I was having a great sex urge that I decided to go and wake up my favorite top friend, he was fucking suddenly he shouted. .. Homo... Homo..Homo.... Homo... Everyone in the hostel woke up.. I was dragged to the hall supervisor to explain my ordeal. I tried to convince them but the top guy said I was touching his penis in the middle of the night... In the morning they took me to the principals office who was a professor in Human psychology... Who got his degree from Havard University. He told me I am not wanted in this kind of environment that I should go and call my parent. Being a student who takes the second or third position in the class they didn't want to loose me. But after much deliberation he expelled me and announced my name in the church. I got home and became a day student. My parent refused to understand me. ..my mum called me abominable but my father always advice me and warn her to stop that but she did not but said I will be killed in this house. Each time I argue with my younger ones they call me homosexual. I was so ashamed of myself that during Jamb period I wanted to study medicine and surgery in UNN but as a growing Igbo child must South easterns likes UNN. I got medicine in UNN but my class mate in secondary school then latter got admission. I saw 22 of them in various department of which five of them where science inclined that they got zoology, Botany, biochemistry and combined biological science. After a semester I started hearing the news about my homosexual expulsion that my medical class mates latter asked me and said it was true, my ego was destroyed that I have to drop out, wrote another Jamb and got medicine again at University of Ibadan where I know that I won't see those Igbos again. My parents did not know but I did it secretly.
I graduated from medicine and Now I am doing my horsemanship in the best hospital in Nigeria .. Guess what happened I saw my principal who expelled me and announced to the church that am homo, who made my life miserable and who refused to expell the son of the church elder who also was caught on homo act lying down on a sick bed precisely male medical ward . I was shocked because I was posted freshly in urology unit.. Should I kill this man because I know what to do that will kill him or should I forgive him?

Surgery Process Involved in Becoming a Transsexual!
Most people associate being transexuals with being a drag queen (those gay folk you see on television with very loud and sometimes hideous make up). Well sorry to burst your bubble that is not true. I have met quite a few transexuals and trans gendered people here in the UK and some are quite nice whilst a few are outirightly nasty to the core. One thing you should know is there is a slight difference between a transexual and transgender. While a transexual is someone who has changed from one sex to another and have also had surgery to change thier sex organ, a transgender still has his/her sex organ but identifies as another gender, in appearance. In this write up I am however only going to discuss in summary what is involved in changing one's private part from one gender to another...
It is easier for a male to change into a female then for a female to become a male. For males to change, thier scrotum is usually removed and folded such that it forms the lips for the sides of the vagina, whilst the penis is cut and folded in so that its sensitve parts becomes the clitoris. A hole is made in between the mans leg close to the anus and part of the penis which have been cut is folded into this hole so the soon to become female can still get some sensation when she's having sex. This is tucked and sewn in such a way it imitates a vagina. Electrolysis is used to kill the hair cells around the vagina so that it now loooks like a natural one The thing is, despite a transexual female having a vagina, the deepest it can be is about 6inches and the lady constantly has to insert dialators insside it to prevent her vagina from closing up, because the body identifies it as foreign. If the Male to female transexual fails to use dialators, the length of her vagina slowly reduces as it closes up. In addition, the new female cannot mensurate or become pregnant, because they lack the required womb and ovaries for this. Another fact worth noting, is that in some cases the new female may loose or have little sensation of sex, in the new vagina. However, her new vagina if well constructed by a professional surgeon can not be differentiated from that of a naturally born woman. Breast implants are also added to complete the change.
On the other hand female to male gender reassaignment is more expensive and the surgery much more risky. the clitoris of the woman is used to create the penis, breasts are reduced to form a chest, the womb and ovaries are removed, the vagina sealed and fake balls placed just below the new penis to mimic the testis. The outer lips off the vulva is used to form the scrotum. In some cases the size of the penis might be incresed using an implanted inflatable that becomes erect when gorged with blood.\par
All in all, both parties need to take hormones to stimulate the body to start having feminine or masculine features as the individual desires. Hope ypu learnt something new today?

Alleged Nigerian Gay Celeb Called out by Angry Fan on Facebook!
Someone's ox is certainly gored! An angry fan has called out an alleged Nigerian gay celeb in a hot Facebook rant, although not mentioning names, the fan's annoyance is how these celebs parade themselves as straight folks without blemish, but still dine on guys behind closed doors.... Sounds like a scorned lover tho!
My Near Gay Sex Experience in Enugu!
My phone rang again, it was Ekene. "Where you dey na he quized," and i replied in a grim voice "I'm coming." This was one of those cold harmattan evenings in Enugu that not even a good sweater could sheild the cold. "Hurry Up na, time dey go and i wan enter house fast." I got to the junction at New layout and he wasn't there. So i came all this way to waste my time abi? Make this mofo nor try me i said in my mind. I assumed he had waited for my skinny young bum to show up and when he couldn't wait any longer left.
My phone ranga again, I had put it in silent to prevent him from identifying me so easily as i stood at the junction. It rang again, i had no option than to pick the call, this idiot who was probably hiding somewhere will spot me from afar and size me up before we meet shebi? I hated people not appearing at meeting points at the appointed time; "I'm there now, where are you" i muffled angrily into the phone. "okay na you wear that brown short Knicker and bowler hat" he quizzed. I was too angry to answer but heard my annoyed being saying "Yes" then the vagabond replied with "okay wait, i go buy pork i dey come." Now i was in for it...
You see i had met Ekene on one of the social media app as i came to spend time with my uncle living in Enugu, since Onitsha was becoming too boring. As a sharo boy i had already hooked up with 2 guys in my 3 weeks stay here but the arrival of my cousin, my uncles daughter, who was always a nuisance in the flat ruined my chances of getting privacy and sneaking in fresh meat to have a good time. Ekene looked good from the pictures he shared, he looked particularly hunky, darksinned and the fact that he was from Anambara like me gave me that confidence that he wasn't going to scam me. I was however dissapointed at the uncouth nature he spoke when we began talking over the phone and how dishevelled he looked when we met that night. He told me he was learning how to repair generators, and thouhgh he appeared to be not more than 25, he looked 30. One fact i couldn't deny though was that he was good looking, and had some money to spend.
He walked to me as i held the jerry can and peered into his well cut face. We began talking and he offered me pork, which i disliked and declined. Although uncouth and rough, dude was a sweet talker and got me laughing over his thick accent and crazy gist of what happened between a husband and wife in his compund that morning. Then we entered sex matters and he opened up claiming it was his "oga" that made him "do it" the first time and he eventually liked the act. We talked and talked that i forgot that i had strolled out to go buy kerosene for the stove so that my auntie could warm the soup and boil water for garri, for dinner. 30 Minutes later i was on my knees inside a class room in one of the primary schools in the area giving Ekene mad head. Yes! I agree i was a whore! He eventually wanted to penetrate, but for where? The pain i knew would come since there was no lube made me have the sense to say no! We just fondled and i left him there with his trouser at his ankle, when i saw 3 missed calls from Uncle Chuks, resetting my brain as to what the jerry can i was with was meant for. He was begging that i stay to jerk him off, but nwanne, i ran as fast as my leg could carry me, because only the sharp tongue of my aunt Jemima can kill Lazarus in purgatory even before he resurrected.
I arrived home to a barrage of nonsense talk and accusations i was now fooling around with "Enugu Girls" but deep inside i was laughing and saying "if only they knew." Ekene called me that night and cursed me out saying i did not love him, and couldn't even wait for him to cum! "lekewnum akuko" i send am message? He eventually did apologise and wanted us to see again, but there was no chance, my cousin was always on my case and i suspect she smelt my sexuality but just didn't have any proof to affirm it!
The Married Nigerian Gay Man
The Nigerian society of today has largely placed the average gay man in a tight spot, leaving one with little or no option other than to conform or face its wrath. I'm not too sure about other African countries, but in Nigeria when a man reaches a certain age, whether he's affluent or a pauper, he is expected to snag a woman take her to the alter or atleat father some kids. Gay men have it harder, because a man is expected to be the one who would put the ring on his Mrs. Unlike our lucky lesbian colleagues, who can hide under the guise that no man of their choice is asking for their hand in marriage, therefore remaining single to mingle with their lovers as they please.
This lack of choice for most Nigerian gay men, leaves them with little options than to get married. Like my super intelligent and bossom friend Yinka, who happpens to be the only son of his parents. The dude just finished his masters at Barely 24 in April, now his mummy dearest has been endlessly nagging for him to run home from the US and pick a beautiful Yoruba lady to marry. Yinka may have no option than to marry in order not to bear the brunt of a chastising community. However, this does not mean that there are not some gay men who get married because they love thier wives, or for the purpose of having children. I have a couple of married gay friends in Nigeria who loved being married and are really commited to matrimony.
One of the reasons i stopped associating with a host of married gay men i know is the condescending nature which eats them up after they become "married men." These ones are like;
"ol'boy you never enjoy finish? Come Naija come find wife marry, this homo thing nor be forever and you are not getting younger oh! Find wife marry sharp-sharp before your sperm turn powder."
I guess they may not have been totally serios, but i try to make it known to them that I am never getting married at least not to a woman. Yes i like women, i have not only bedded a few, but also have a fancy for the female anatomy, however that doesn't scramble the fact that men take the cake in my world.
The most annoying part of several of these married gay men is that they still creep around with boys, in differnt places which somertimes get them into trouble, like the one that was almost outed in a serious "kito" case that happened in Alakija last week. My dear, getting married is a blessing, but if you decide to toe that line, why not stay faithful?
Finally, it's understandable that a gay man might not totally come out to his wife concerning his sexuality, but at least he should respect the vows of marriage, not to cheat. All in all, the Nigerian society makes it hard for the gay man to make a choice to be single and willingly ready to mingle for the rest of his days. But my candid advice is, if you really want to enjoy the freedom and complete happiness associated with being an LGBT person, Kindly pack your bags apply for visa and move to a less homophobic nation, preferably outside Africa. The hate on that continent is stifling...
I Bet You Didn't Know this About Anal Warts »GRAPHIC PHOTOS«
Alot of people in Nigeria have them, and it is spreading like wild fire in the gay community, because condoms can't prevent them and most of you don't know. Anal warts is a sexually transmitted disease caused by Human Papilloma Virus otherwise known as HPV. It manifests as out growths of skin in the Anal region and trust me, it can be quite ugly looking and disgusting. Please note, some of the dspleasing images are attached to this post.

Question of the Day
Emmm... I don't and most people who I know don't. It os however of necessity that we use it. I have trust issues and even when I'm dating someone, I find it impossible to go down without protection, the risks are just too much. Call me paranoid! No condom! No sex!

Open Relationships, Does it Work?
Does it really work? Can you date someone with the knowledge that he or she is free to get their freak on with other people whilst still dating you? I don't know about you but i sometimes see most people in open relationships as friends who have a great sex life together but do not want to define what they have in terms of an exclusive real relationship.
Sometimes when i get to sit with my friends and the topic of open relationships come up, the thing is dismissed as a relationship for those who are promiscous, or one for those who want to keep some one special by the side, yet be a whore with every one else. I share their sentiments but not totally because i have been in an open relationship and thier logic isn't correct in all it's wholesomeness. It happened a while ago during those days at Unilag, when he was in Abuja and I in Lagos. Of a truth "Konji" couldn't keep one in a place and we werent the travelling type except once in a year, around the christmas period when he came down to Lagos for the festivities with his family that resided here, so we opted to make our relationship open. I swear i was in love with the guy, but barely after a year later and several hookups in between the thing slowly started to die. Calls became far in between, whatsapp messages began to slur and it eventually came to a fullstop when i broke it off with him via a text message, to which he accepted fate and we both blamed distance. In my own case we put the blame on distance and it seemed most likely the cause. However, there are cases of peopel who live within the same vicinity or even cohabit, yet still sleep with other people. I have heard stories of how those in a relationship even bring boy(s) to service them or be serviced in something more like an orgy. This it seems is a sort of sexual fetish. I have also witnessed a relationship where a marrried couple mantain an open relationship, such that each party is allowed to go out and get down with anyone they please as long as they remain marrried. This was the case of a beautiful family i met during my early days here in Britian, in which the husband and wife had such an intricate policy where the either of them could hook up with any another person outside the marriage, as long as it is once a month. It kept their marriage together and they have been going strong for 13 years now, so i believe it works in some cases. I wonder if such cases of open marriages exist in Nigeria?
So here goes the question, can you give an open relationshp in whatever form a try? Is it a taboo for you? Are there any draw backs to dating other people aside your patner? Let's enlighten ourselves...

45 yr Old Man Rapes Deaf & Dumb 14yr Old Boy in Lagos!
This is certainly disheartening and doesn't speak well if the LGBT community. I'm sorry lovelies, in as much as I have to carry LGBT news, o have to be an all rounder and not one sided. According to OM News, a 45- year- old teacher , Akintobi Kayode , who allegedly put his sexual organ into the anus of a 14 -year -old deaf and dumb boy, was on Tuesday hauled up before an Ikeja Magistrates ’ Court.
The Magistrate, Mrs L .Y . Balogun, slammed on
the accused a bail of N200 , 000 and with two sureties in like sum.
Balogun said one of the sureties should either be a religious leader or a traditional leader .
The News Agency of Nigeria ( NAN) reports that
Kayode, who resides at 8, Oladelu St. , Ogba in Ikeja , is standing trial on a two -count charge of rape and breach of peace .
The accused pleaded innocence of the offences .
Earlier, Prosecutor Jimah Iseghede told the court that the accused committed the offences sometime in May and July at his residence .
Iseghede said the accused after assaulting the boy, overpowered him before he had carnal knowledge of the boy.
“The boy, who is deaf and dumb , resides in the same neighbourhood with the accused.
“The accused always sends the boy on errands and on that day, he also sent him on an errand and lured him to his house and had carnal knowledge of him by penetrating his anus.
“Kayode took advantage of the boy because of his condition . Due to the pains he was experiencing he told his parents what the teacher had done to him , ’’ he said .
